Hi, my name is Martin. I've been running since 2021 cleaning carpets and upholstery in the North West of England. I have tried Facebook ads before and I even tried hiring a company to do it for me and that was such stress trying to set it up. He taught me through it, showed me how to do everything. He's always been there when I've had any questions which has made it so much easier. And the results and benefits since we've started using it, work's coming in, don't have to tele-sell till 10 o'clock at night every night. Finding a really good booking rate out of every three leads and booking at least one. Sometimes, I think yesterday I booked five out of six leads. Customer support is second to none, Nick's always available, even at anti-social hours and I hate contacting him, and I always say you don't have to contact me straight away, but Nick does get back to you. Nick is bothered whether it works for you. Nothing's too much trouble. And I can honestly say I've never come across a marketing firm that seemed to care so much about whether you do well and go out of the way to make sure you do. I would recommend it to any carpet cleaning business anywhere because it's just a no-brainer. And yeah, I'm really happy and I'd like to thank Nick for living up to everything he's said.
